Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Due to the nature of healthcare products, certain items are non-returnable once opened or used.
Non-Returnable Items Include:

Opened or used medical supplies

Wound dressings and bandages

Ostomy, urological, or incontinence products

Personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and masks

Nutritional products and feeding supplies

Prescription-required items cannot be returned once shipped, in compliance with federal regulations and patient safety guidelines.
How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Clara Care+ error or a defective product.

If the return is refused due to signs of use, damage, or tampering, no refund will be issued, and the item may be disposed of in accordance with our hygiene policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will correct the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or credit at no cost to you.
International Orders
At this time, all international sales are final and not eligible for return or refund unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Policy Changes
Clara Care+ reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be posted on our website.
